Kelas Renang Kanak - Kanak

a) Ingin mendalami beberapa gaya renang yang ada dalam Peraturan Renang Dunia seperti gaya kuak dada, bebas, lentang, kupu-kupu tetapi tidak bercadang untuk memasuki atau mewakili mana-mana Persatuan Renang Negeri atau kelab dalam pertandingan yang dianjurkan oleh mana-mana Pertubuhan berkaitan pertandingan renang. 
(b) Dalam kursus ini peserta akan didedahkan gaya renang berprestasi 
tinggi dan akan melibatkan satu program latihan yang berterusan

Level I :Water Exploration :submerge face, blow bubbles
supported float: back, frontenter/exit water independently
navigate comfortably at pool sidealternating arms action
 supportedkicking: front, back, basic safety

Level II:Primary Skillshold breath, retrieve objectsunsupported
 float: back, frontrhythmic breathingjump into shallow end 
unassistedflutter kick: front, backback flutter kick 
with some arm action: 5 ydsbasic safety

Level III:Stroke Readinessretrieve objects, eyes open
bobbing, complete submersionjump into deep water
dive from side of poolprone & supine glide
back, front crawl: 10 yds each(w/ breathing)
elementary back kickbasic safety


Level IV:Stroke Developmentelementary back: 10 yds
scullingfront crawl: 25 ydsback crawl: 25 yds
breaststroke, kicksidestroke kick
tread water: 2 min.rescue breathingbasic safety


Level V:Stroke Refinementbeginning dive off board
breaststroke: 10 ydssidestroke: 10 yds
elementary backstroke: 25 ydsfly kick
front, back crawl (50 yds each)
tread water using 2 kicks; 2 min.
familiarity with spinal injuries


Level VI:Skill Proficiencydiving board approach skills
front, back crawl: 100 yds eachbreaststroke: 25 yds
butterfly: 10 ydsapproach stroke: 25 yds
breast, sidestroke turnssurface dives
flip turnstreading water: 3 min.

Level VII:Advanced Skillsfront dive off board
front crawl: 200 ydsswimming under water: 15 yds
back crawl: 100 ydsbreast, sidestroke: 50 yds
butterfly: 25 ydsbackstroke flip turn
conditioning principlestread water: 5 min.
assist with backboard rescue
